The asset is located c. 100m south of the Poli Chrysochous - Argakas road, 130m south of the Technical school and 1km from the nearest beach.

The four fields have an area of 695sqm, 742sqm, 6,689sqm and 18,395sqm for a total area of 26,521sqm and a combined road frontage of c. 44m. The fields benefit from a relatively flat surface.
